New cats room

The last day of May was very special for cats staying in the shelter. Our amazing volunteers Dorotka together with her husband Robert and their daughter Ania came to renovate cats place. They brought a lot of staff to make the room looking better and being more cosy. In just few hours the room changed completely and cats were very suprised but happy. They started immediately climbing on a piece of wood, trying new toys and baskets and choosing best places to sleep.

At the moment we have three cats in the shelter – Milus (3years old), Rawek (1 year old) and Grey (1 year old). All have got leukemia virus in their body and need to be separated from other healthy cats. That’s why there are going to be the only habitants of this room. Of course they are also looking for their new homes as they can be rehomed with no problems as single cats or as a companion to another cat with leukemia. They do not need very compicated treatment, at the moment they are getting medicines supporting their immune system and a better quality wet and dry food. In next two months they will be having their tests re-done. If you are interested in getting more informations about any of our cats, let us know on wesi@gazeta.pl
